These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your use of the Sauna Maps pre-launch website located at saunamaps.com.au. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Website.
1. Nature of the Website
The Website is a pre-launch information page for the Sauna Maps application, which is currently under development. The website allows visitors to submit their email address to receive a notification when the application becomes available. The application itself is not currently available.
Information on this Website about planned features and functionality reflects current development intentions and is subject to change without notice.
2. No Guarantee of Launch
We do not warrant or represent that the application will be launched, or that it will be launched within any particular timeframe. If we decide not to proceed with the project, we will make reasonable efforts to notify waitlist subscribers by email and will delete all collected email addresses within 30 days of that decision.

The Website is intended for individuals aged 16 years or over. By submitting your email address, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has submitted their details, please contact us so we can delete the information.
